Shaun Lane bought Patrice Six from Tony Kirby last year and competed in what remained of MHYC’s 2013-2014 season with some mixed results. In November, Patrice Six finished seventh in the Performance class of the Sydney Short Ocean Championship and third in the X-Yachts class at the Sydney Harbour Regatta in March.

Under Kirby’s ownership, Patrice Six finished fifth overall, third in IRC Division 3 and third under ORCi in the 2009 Rolex Sydney Hobart, the first time the ORCi rule was used in Australia. She also finished sixth in the CYCA’s 2011/2012 Blue Water Pointscore Series and achieved a best result of fourth in division in the 2011 Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race.
