Ausreo was 21st overall and third in Division 4 last year, after 17th overall in the previous year’s Land Rover Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race. Ian Creak and crew have contested a few in the past. Ausreo contested her first Hobart races in 2013 and 2014, claiming second place in ORCi Division 3 in 2013 and 41^stoverall in 2014. A regular at Beneteau regattas, Creak has again assembled a crew of mainly regulars, including Jim and Andrew Lelliott, who add strength to the crew on the yacht originally campaigned as Caliban II.
