Another Danish built X-yacht, this will be Cyrene 3’s first major offshore race although it has completed a number of short ocean pointscore races. Originally owners Michael Selby and Elena Wise purchased the boat to do some cruising and some racing but with a heavy schedule of racing to date, there hasn’t been much time for cruising. The crew is hoping for a consistent westerly and a quick trip up.
