Yachts requiring a berth prior to the race must complete the above form

 

STABILITY AND CONSTRUCTION

Stability Declaration

Competitors relying on ORCi/ISO Stability data that is not current must complete the Stability Declaration.

Moveable & Variable Ballast Form

To be completed by competitors with Moveable or Variable Ballast (e.g. Canting Keel, Water Ballast)

Satellite Phone Declaration

Corinthian Division Declaration

For competitors entering the Corinthian Division

Crew Disclaimers - this disclaimer may be completed and signed online or printed, signed and returned to the Sailing Office as a hardcopy or electronically. 

Crew Disclaimer - to be signed by all crew members 18 years and above. 

Crew Disclaimer - Minors - for a crew member who is less than 18 years of age when signed. To be signed by a parent or guardian of the crew member.

For competitors entered in a Double-Handed Division

AIS MOB Declaration

Compulsory for all Double-Handed boats
