A long time regular on the offshore racing scene, Local Hero finished 45th overall in the 2014 Land Rover Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race. Continued on to Hamilton Island and scored first in IRC Division 3, and counting four wins from six races, was named ‘Yacht of the Regatta’. Competed in the Hobart race and was 54th overall, 10th in Division and 42nd in ORCi. Peter Mosely and his 10 year-old yacht have been around the traps for many years and remain competitive, counting a few trophies to their names.
