Ausreo was 17^th overall and seventh in Division 3 last year, after missing the previous year’s Land Rover Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race. Ian Creak and crew have contested a few in the past, with a best result of 22^nd overall in 2013. Ausreo contested her first Hobart races in 2013 and 2014, claiming second place in ORCi Division 3 in 2013 and 41^st overall in 2014. A regular at Beneteau regattas, Creak has again assembled a crew of mainly regulars, including Jim and Andrew Lelliott, who add strength to the crew on the yacht originally campaigned as Caliban II.
