Dennis Cooper has been a consistent campaigner in the Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race and the Pittwater to Coffs Harbour race in recent years with his Sydney 36CR Amante.  The boat’s best results include a second in division in the 2009 Audi Sydney Offshore Newcastle Yacht Race; and second in division in the 2007 Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race. Her best result in the Gosford-Lord Howe Island race was in 2009, when Amante placed second. In 2010, she was only one of less than half the fleet to complete the race.
