Marcus Blackmore’s Hooligan is the current leader of the Audi IRC Australian Championship after two events, holding a three point lead over Loki, last year’s champion. This will be Hooligan’s second offshore race since her arrival in Australia late last year. Blackmore claimed the overall win in his first, the Brisbane Gladstone Race, earlier this year.

Since hitting the Australian Grand Prix circuit late last year, Hooligan has claimed a string of victories along the east coast including winning the Rolex Trophy Series last year. 

Blackmore took delivery of this former Emirates Team NZ yacht late last year, when it was delivered from Italy after completing the last round of the 2010 Med Cup.
