Flying Cloud is one of the new Beneteau First 40s and made her racing debut in the CYCA’s Grant Thornton Short Ocean Autumn Pointscore 2010, eventually winning the IRC Division 1 Pointscore. In her maiden offshore race, last year’s Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race, Flying Cloud finished twelfth in her division. CYCA Vice Commodore Howard Piggott is looking forward to doing battle with the other Beneteau First 40s entered in this race.
