Immediate Past Commodore of the Lake Macquarie Yacht Club, Graeme Hall's 18 month old Beneteau First 40 Close Halled made her ocean racing debut in last year’s Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race. She followed this up with a third overall and second in IRC Division 2 in the 2011 Pittwater to Coffs Harbour Race. Hall is hoping to continue with the pleasing results having spent the last twelve months getting to know the boat.
