CYCA Immediate Past Commodore Geoff Lavis has extensively campaigned his Inglis/Murray 50 including two Rolex Sydney Hobarts, six Sydney Gold Coast races, three Mooloolaba races, four Hamilton Island race weeks and one Melbourne to Osaka race, for which this 14 year old timber hulled boat, also know as the ‘flying toothpick’ still holds the race record. Still a very fast and very wet downhill racer, UBS Wild Thing picked up first overall on PHS in last year’s Sydney Gold Coast and third in division at Hamilton Island Race Week.
