After a break from ocean racing, this champion maxi is returning to Australian east coast offshore racing under new owner Andrew Short. The race record holder of this event and many other coastal passages, the Jutson 79 will be the largest in the Audi Sydney Gold Coast fleet but will have the lighter and newer Reichel/Pugh designs, and Matt Allen’s Jones 70 applying plenty of pressure, particularly if it’s a downhill slide.
