Perfect synergy has Mondo owners excited for Noakes Sydney Gold Coast

Co-owners Lisa Callaghan and Stephen Teudt are preparing for their first major offshore race with their Sydney 38, Mondo.

Lisa, Stephen and Nadine McBain purchased Mondo in 2019 and have enjoyed plenty of inshore sailing in Sydney, including the CYCA's Winter Series.

Now they're ready to head offshore, with Lisa skipper and Stephen navigating.

Mondo is one of 11 boats entered in the PHS handicap category for the 2022 Noakes Sydney Gold Coast, alongside Avalanche, Ciao Bella, Mako, Norton White Corum, Pekljus, Penzance, Reve, Shearwater, She's the Culprit and Wonderland.

The crew is an exciting blend of rookie talent and accomplished sailors. Stephen will have the privilege of guiding his son, Ellis, who will race in his first Noakes Sydney Gold Coast.
